Workers continue to stand together within and across workplaces to win victories throughout the Twin Cities! And workers have not stopped there. Over the past few months, worker leaders have met to discuss strategies for creating systemic change that benefit all workers in Minneapolis and St. Paul. On February 23rd this group of workers organized and led a community event to celebrate worker center victories and introduce a new direction for our work. With a group of over 100 people gathered, workers put forth their vision to build a campaign targeting the root causes of injustices that people face at work. Workers are committed to building this movement. They are becoming members of the center in greater and greater numbers. And they are leading all of us down the path toward justice!
